
Delhi Police recovers huge quantity of duplicate products, one held
Duplicate products of reputed companies were seized by the Delhi Police and one person was arrested.
After conducting a raid, Delhi Police recovered a huge quantity of duplicate products of reputed companies from the Wazirabad area. One person was arrested.
The raid was conducted after a complaint was filed by Krishan Gopal of Brand Protection Services Pvt Ltd.
Duplicate products of Colgate Palmolive (435 pcs), Sun Pharma Ltd. (564 pcs Volini spray), Bajaj Consumer Ltd. (Bajaj Oil 1,40,000 pouch of 2.5ml) Reckitt Benckiser Ltd (500 pcs Lizol, Harpic 1,700 pcs), ITC company (Set Wet perfume 300 pieces), were recovered from a house near Almobia Masjid, Wazirabad.
During the interrogation, the accused, identified as Mohd Tazeen, a resident of Girdharpur village, Bareilly, UP, said that he brought the products from a local market in the Eastern Delhi area.
