FICCI CASCADE’s 8th Edition of Inter-School Competition ZERO-EVASION: Youth Driving Change Against Smuggling and Counterfeiting
FICCI CASCADE has consistently championed efforts to combat the growing menace of smuggling and counterfeiting by creating widespread awareness about their far-reaching impact on the economy, public health, consumer safety, legitimate businesses, and national security. Over the years, the initiative has brought together policymakers, industry leaders, enforcement agencies, academia, the media, and, most importantly, young minds to collectively address the challenges posed by illicit trade.
Recognising that today’s youth are the architects of tomorrow’s society, FICCI CASCADE is organising the 8th edition of its flagship Inter-School Competition, “ZERO EVASION: Youth Driving Change Against Smuggling and Counterfeiting,” on 17 August 2026 from 9.30 am onwards at FICCI, Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi. The programme seeks to inspire students to become informed and responsible citizens by encouraging them to understand the adverse consequences of illicit trade and the importance of collective action in combating it.
The programme will bring together students from leading schools across Delhi and NCR, who will participate in the following categories:
- Elocution Competition
- Poster Making Competition
- Jingle Writing Competition
Through these engaging and creative competitions, the programme aims to cultivate awareness, innovation, and a strong sense of social responsibility among students. By empowering young voices to become advocates against smuggling and counterfeiting, FICCI CASCADE seeks to nurture a generation that is committed to promoting ethical practices, protecting consumers, and contributing towards the creation of a fair, transparent, and resilient marketplace.
