Delhi Police have uncovered an illegal factory manufacturing counterfeit and adulterated daily-use items in the capital, raising fresh concerns about the safety of consumer products circulating in local markets. The illicit operation was uncovered inside a residential house in Jagatpur, where officials found large quantities of fake goods and raw materials ready for packaging and distribution.

During the raid, authorities seized a significant amount of counterfeit products, including fake toothpaste and Eno, both of which were being produced using harmful chemical substances.

Investigators found that the unit had been operating under the guise of a small-scale business, but in reality, it was a fully equipped setup producing imitation goods of popular brands.
