Fake eggs may replace oiling in bid to control seagull menace in Gloucestershire
They are the winged menace that terrorise the streets.But their days could be numbered as Cheltenham Borough Council bosses plot the downfall of the town’s booming seagull population.
The authority wants to gain control of the town’s urban gull population to minimise the nuisance and damage they cause.
