OtterBox Wins Favorable Judgment in Counterfeiting Case

The recent judgment granted by Judge Dean D. Pregerson on Oct. 19, 2012 includes a significant monetary award plus substantial attorney’s fees for the sale of at least 20,000 counterfeit OtterBox Defender Series® cases from one eBay seller over the past 10 months. The judgment also carries a permanent injunction against the seller from pursuing similar conduct in the future.
