
Fake Medicine Sale In Odisha: Glenmark Issues Advisory On How To Know Originality
Bhubaneswar: In the wake of distribution and sale of its duplicate products in Odisha, pharmaceutical company Glenmark has advised the people to purchase medicines only from authorised drug stores and chemists.
In an advisory issued by the company on Thursday, the pharma major condemned duplication of medicines Telma 40 and Telma AM, produced by it. “We at Glenmark, strongly condemn the counterfeiting of our products, Telma 40 and Telma AM in Cuttack, Odisha. We are a responsible corporate citizen and pride ourselves on patient safety. In that respect, we are taking all necessary measures, including closely working with the government authorities, to address this counterfeiting menace,” the company said.
